We don't lock you into multi site software, we offer only open source content management systems. Once you have the basics uploaded to your hosting platform then you only need to update the template for a refresh.
Joomla is a well known content management software with many modules available for most applications.
Silverstripe is a NZ application, nice folder like page structure, limited modules but growing all the time.
